Each of our pieces is handcrafted with love by artisans from across India. Our products are made using natural materials and traditional techniques—not machine-made or mass-produced.
Because of this artisanal process:

• Every item is unique

• No two products will be exactly the same

• Slight variations in shape, finish, or size may occur

• Minor production delays may happen occasionally

We appreciate your patience and support for traditional craftsmanship.

Order Processing

We are dedicated to delivering your utensils only after they have been carefully finished, quality-checked, and securely packaged.

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 02:00 PM IST will begin processing on the same day.

• Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing your AWB tracking number. You can use it to track your shipment in real time.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship to all locations served by DTDC and India Post.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

(Subject to unforeseen delays)

• Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka: 2–3 working days

• Andhra Pradesh, Telangana: 3–4 working days

• Maharashtra, Delhi: 7–8 working days

• Rest of India: 8–10 working days

Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times.

If all three attempts fail, the shipment will be returned to us and your order will be cancelled.

Please ensure that you provide:

• A complete and accurate shipping address

• Correct Zip/Pin Code

• An active mobile number

This will help ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

Heavy Item Delivery

• For ground-floor residences or offices, items will be delivered to the doorstep.

• Important: If your location is above ground floor without elevator access, delivery personnel may hand over heavy items only at the ground floor.
