Return & Refund Policy

At Mannar Craft, we are committed to customer satisfaction and aim to provide the finest handcrafted products from the artisans of Kerala. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and the unique nature of our products.

1. Understanding Handcrafted Products

Our products are strictly handcrafted by local artisans in the bell metal town of Kerala. Because they are handmade:

• Uniqueness: Each product is unique. Minor variations in shape, dimension, weight, or finish compared to the product description/image are natural.

• Finish: Slight roughness or a lack of “machine-perfect” finish is not a defect; it is a characteristic of authentic craftsmanship.

• Policy: Variations arising from the handcrafted nature of the item will not be considered valid reasons for return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• Manufacturing Defects: Major structural defects verified within the warranty period.

• Shipping Damage: Damage that occurred during transit from our packing center to you.

• Wrong Product: If you received a product different from what you ordered.

Note: We do not accept returns for used products under any circumstances.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your case meets the eligibility criteria, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Notify Us (Within 3 Days)

Email us at mail@mannarcraft.com within 3 days of delivery.
Your email must include:

1. Order Number

2. Copy of the Invoice

3. Clear photographs of the product/damage/defect

4. Reason for return

5. Your preference: Replacement, Credit Coupon, or Refund

Step 2: Approval

Our team will review your request. Decisions regarding returns and replacements are at the sole discretion of Mannar Craft.

Step 3: Return Shipping (Within 7 Days)

If approved, pack the product securely and courier it to the address provided by our team within 7 days of the delivery date.

Important:
Failure to submit the claim or ship the item within the specified timeline voids eligibility for return.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

• Exchange Timeline: We dispatch exchange products within 10–12 working days of receiving the returned item.

• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment mode within 10–12 working days.

• Requirement: The original or a copy of the invoice must be included inside the package.

5. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel before shipment, contact us immediately using the details in the “Contact Us” section.

• Refund: The amount will be initiated at the earliest and usually reflects within 3 business days.

After Shipment

If the order has already been shipped but not yet delivered:

• Contact us at mail@mannarcraft.com.

• Refund will be initiated only after the product is returned to us and the packaging is verified.

• Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Shipping Costs on Returns

• Manufacturing Defects / Wrong Items: Mannar Craft will refund the shipping cost incurred by you.

• Order Cancellations (Post-Shipment): Shipping charges are borne by the customer and deducted from the refund.

• Partial Returns: Refund applies only to the returned item.
